Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) is the fourth largest institution in the state of Oklahoma, serving more than 16,000 students annually, including a large concurrent student body of more than 3000 high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. OCCC has an open admissions policy, providing educational opportunities for students of all backgrounds by removing restrictive admissions requirements. The adoption of open educational resources removes yet another barrier by reducing the cost of materials, which has saved students millions since 2019.
